Pay at KOVNA

1. Payment methods

At KOVNA you can pay safely and easily using the following payment options:

  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
    Pay directly through your own banking environment. Your payment will be processed immediately, so we can ship your order quickly.

  • Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
    Your credit card information is processed via a secure connection. The amount will only be charged once your order has been shipped.

  • Apple Pay
    Pay with a single tap on your Apple device. Payments are processed instantly and are fully secure via Face ID or Touch ID.

  • PayPal
    Pay easily through your PayPal account. Your order will be processed after payment is received.

  • Klarna – Pay Later (30 days)
    Receive your order first, pay later.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna with the invoice and payment instructions.
    Klarna will perform a short credit check. If you're not approved, please choose a different payment method.
    If you pay late, Klarna may charge reminder fees; these are not KOVNA's responsibility.

  • in3 – Pay in three installments, 0% interest
    Pay the purchase amount in three equal installments, without interest or BKR registration:

    • 1st installment: immediately upon checkout

    • 2nd term: within 30 days

    • 3rd term: within 60 days
      After completing your order, you will receive an overview from in3.
      If you pay late, in3 may charge fees. KOVNA has no influence on their internal review or collection process.


2. Payment security

2.1. All payments at KOVNA are processed via SSL-encrypted connections , keeping your data safe.
2.2. KOVNA complies with PCI DSS security standards applicable to online transactions.
2.3. We do not store full payment or card details; all transactions are processed by certified payment partners.


3. Payment confirmation

3.1. Once your payment is completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
3.2. If you paid but didn't receive a confirmation, please check your spam or advertising folder.
3.3. If the confirmation is still missing, please contact us at info@kovna.nl , stating your name and payment method.


4. Payment obligation

4.1. By placing an order, you enter into a payment obligation.
4.2. If payment is not received, KOVNA reserves the right to cancel the order.
4.3. In case of suspected fraud or abuse, orders may be blocked or cancelled.


5. Refunds

5.1. If an order is cancelled or returned in accordance with the Returns Policy, the purchase price will be refunded via the same payment method used for the order.
5.2. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5.3. For Klarna or in3 payments, the outstanding invoice will be automatically adjusted or credited.


6. Prices and currency

6.1. All prices are stated in euros (€) , including 21% VAT .
6.2. Shipping costs will be stated separately at checkout.
6.3. Pricing errors or technical inaccuracies are subject to change; if there are any discrepancies, we will contact you before processing your order.


7. Fraud and security check

7.1. To prevent fraud, KOVNA reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional verification.
7.2. In exceptional cases, verification of identity or address may be requested before shipping.


8. Invoice

8.1. After completing your order, you will automatically receive a digital invoice by email.
8.2. If you would like the invoice to be issued in your company's name, please indicate this in the order notes.
