How do I place an order?

Select your desired products, add them to your cart, and follow the steps in checkout. After completing the checkout, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email. Always check your email address for updates.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible if the order hasn't yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@kovna.nl or +31 (0)6 45264976. Cancellations are no longer possible after shipment, but you can return the package after receipt according to our returns policy.

What does 'Pre-Order' mean?

A pre-order is a pre-order of a product that is not yet in stock. The expected shipping date is listed on the product page. You pay immediately upon placing your order. Once the product arrives, it will be shipped automatically. Pre-orders can only be canceled before shipment .

What is the delivery time?

We ship from the Netherlands.

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2–5 working days Orders placed before 3pm are usually shipped the same day.
What are the shipping costs?
  • Netherlands: free shipping from €75 (below €5.95)
  • Belgium & Germany: free shipping from €100 (below €9.95)
Will I receive a track & trace code?

Yes. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

My order is delayed or lost, what now?

Once transferred to the carrier, the responsibility lies with them. We will, of course, actively assist in resolving any delivery issues. Please report any delays or loss within 7 days of shipping confirmation via info@kovna.nl .

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay safely at KOVNA with:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna – Pay later (30 days)
  • in3 – Pay in three installments (0% interest)
How does Klarna work?

With Klarna, you receive your order first and pay within 30 days. After shipping, you'll receive a digital invoice from Klarna with payment instructions. Klarna automatically performs a credit check. If your application is declined, please choose a different payment method. Any late fees will be charged directly by Klarna.

How does in3 work?

With in3 you pay the purchase amount in three equal installments – without interest or BKR registration .

  • 1st installment: immediately upon checkout
  • 2nd term: within 30 days

3rd installment: Within 60 days, in3 will email you an overview of the remaining installments. KOVNA has no insight into their assessment process.

Is paying at KOVNA safe?

Yes. Our webshop is secured with SSL encryption and complies with European security standards (PCI DSS). Your payment information is shared exclusively with our certified payment partners.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

What is your return period?

You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt , provided they meet the conditions below.

Conditions for return:

  • The product is visibly unopened and unused .
  • The packaging, seal or hygienic closure is intact.
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging .
  • The item shows no signs of use, odor, or damage.

Exceptions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Cosmetics, perfumes, skincare, hair products and underwear (if opened or seal is broken).
  • Gift vouchers, sample sets or products with a limited shelf life.
  • Pre-orders as soon as they ship.
How do I register my return?
  1. Go to the returns page on our webshop.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select the product you wish to return.

Download and print the automatically generated free return label .

Who pays the return costs?

KOVNA will fully cover your return costs. You'll receive a return label through the webshop or by email, so you can return the package free of charge.

When will I receive my money back?

Within 5–10 business days after receipt and approval of your return. If you pay via Klarna or in3, the invoice will be automatically adjusted or credited.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or incorrect delivery within 48 hours to info@kovna.nl , including clear photos. After this period, claims cannot be processed.

Liability & Product Information

Are your products not tested on animals?

Yes. All our brands are carefully selected for quality, purity, and ethics – 100% cruelty-free and often free of parabens, sulfates, and microplastics.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

Always check the ingredients list on the product page. KOVNA cannot be held liable for personal allergic reactions or misuse of products.

Who is liable for misuse or damage?

KOVNA is not liable for damage caused by improper use, disregard for instructions, or personal sensitivities.

Account & Privacy

Do I need to create an account?

No, that's not required. With an account, you can order faster, view past orders, and enjoy exclusive member benefits.

How is my privacy protected?
